SprintEasy shortens makeready times and downtimes on the K6. After a stylus change, engraving heads are adjusted outside the engraving machine and are immediately ready for production. SprintEasy also measures and stores the actual cutting angles of the styluses fitted on the engraving system. Even where print products are subject to the toughest quality requirements, new and used styluses can be combined on a single machine without any problem. These factors significally enhance the stylus service lives.
