Udo Theus goes into retirement

After more than 40 years in the graphic arts industry, a widely respected expert is retiring.

Udo Theus began his career in 1981 at the former Dr.-Ing. Rudolf Hell GmbH as an instructor for textile and porcelain printing and cartography. In 1985, he moved to the Dr Wirth Group and worked there for 30 years as an instructor, in technical sales and finally as a sales representative. In 2015, he moved back to Kiel to join HELL Gravure Systems, where he is responsible for sales in Germany and Europe. During this phase, Udo Theus made a significant contribution to the introduction of direct lasering for gravure, flexo and embossing.
